RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Commercial machines, catering equipment, home espresso machines and all electric grinders are special order items and are not eligible for return but may be accepted at our discretion. The above terms would apply if accepted, with an amended 14 day return window. We may also require a 20% restocking charge.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Standby Coffee Ltd.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping. Orders less than this incur a £3.99 charge for postage and packing. The majority of orders are sent via non-tracked Royal Mail 48-hour service. Heavy and high-value items may be sent via a tracked service which may take up to 5 days.
